How does the delivery work ?
Delivery will be to entrance door only, in the case of larger palletised loads to the nearest convenient kerbside offloading point.(It will be up to the discretion of the individual carrier if they can help further to the door).
You will be notified by email once the goods have been dispatched.This will include selected carrier, their contact details and a tracking number.
What if I'm not in?
For direct to your home ESSENTIALS FLAT PACK orders,our courier partners will leave a card that can be used to call them to re-arrange delivery at a time that suits or make alternative arrangements for delivery. For large palletised orders, they will call ahead to book in a delivery slot. Delivery consignment cannot be left outside doorways if the consignee is not at home, as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage of goods.
What if there's a screw missing or damage on an item?
Included within the consignment are full details of how to contact our UK help centre and how to request any missing or damaged parts should they be required.
What if I want to return items?
You can ask to return any purchase within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,not assembled, with tags, and in its original packaging.These items will be collected by a carrier Free of charge.If items have been assembled, they need to be carefully disassembled and repacked in the original packaging.With this return you may be asked to cover the return delivery costs.(average cost of free to £40).To start a return you can contact us at [email protected].
